Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly at the front desk, providing excellent customer service and answering inquiries with enthusiasm.
- Operate POS systems to process sales accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare food items following safety and sanitation standards, ensuring quality and consistency in every order. Food handler's certification will be paid for by company.
- Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and basic math calculations for change.
- Support food safety protocols by maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Assist with food prep tasks like assembling orders.
- Manage time effectively to ensure quick service delivery while upholding high standards of food quality and customer satisfaction.
- Light cleaning duties as needed
Experience
- Strong skills in customer service, upselling, and sales techniques to enhance guest experience and increase revenue opportunities.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy are essential.
