Duties

- Assist in the daily operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
- Ensure all food handling procedures comply with health and safety regulations.
- Assist with stocking supplies and inventory management.
- Support other kitchen staff as needed, including bussing tables and helping with food service during peak hours.
- Participate in maintaining a positive team environment by communicating effectively with colleagues.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and kitchen safety protocols.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork skills with a willingness to help others as needed.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
