We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need of personal care. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. This position requires a strong commitment to patient care, with a focus on maintaining dignity and respect for those you serve.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment.
- Monitor and document patient observations, reporting any changes in health or behavior to appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients, adhering to hygiene standards.
- Offer specialized care for individuals with dementia or other cognitive impairments, ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Follow HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality and privacy at all times.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Support clients in long-term care settings such as nursing homes or group homes as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in patient care is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Knowledge of dementia care practices is a plus.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.
- Strong observational skills with the ability to recognize changes in clients' conditions.
- Compassionate demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and their families.
- Ability to perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean environment for clients.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours as needed.

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour

Experience:
- Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Drivers License (Required)
