Ideal Candidate Qualifications
We are looking for dedicated individuals ready to pay their Air Force experience forward to high school students.
- Eligibility: Air Force Retirees, Veterans, and traditional Guard and Reserve Airmen.
- Rank Requirement: Captain through Colonel.
- Service Requirement: At least 10 years of active or qualifying service.
- Core Traits: A passion to instill core values, a desire to mentor youth, and the capability to meet the demands of a highly active, high-interest program.
