Job Summary
This position has 90-day gurantee for new hires. No prior experience needed. We are seeking to add one more motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective communication and relationship-building with clients. This role requires active social media presence and experience, a proactive approach to identifying market opportunities, managing customer accounts, and delivering exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction. Bi-lingual skills preferred, but not required for this positon.
Duties
- Conduct inside sales activities, including cold calling and following up on leads to generate new business opportunities.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop targeted sales strategies.
- Manage existing client accounts while actively seeking opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to set and achieve sales targets.
- Engage in business development initiatives to expand the company’s market presence.
- Provide technical sales support by understanding product specifications and effectively communicating benefits to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, showcasing our offerings and addressing their needs.
