Established, privately owned practice in Lynnwood is seeking an experienced dental assistant to add to our team!
4-day work week, no weekends or evenings!
- 2+ years chairside experience REQUIRED for this position!
Responsibilities
- Proficiency in digital x-rays (preferred experience taking intra-oral photos and digital scans)
- Rubber dam placement.
- MUST HAVE skill: Packing cord and making temporary crowns
- Demonstrate knowledge of dental terminology, instruments and equipment
- Select and set up instruments, equipment and material needed
- Assist during procedures 4-handed dentistry (including filling, crown, root canal, oral surgery, & implants)
- Undertake lab tasks as instructed
- Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions
- Keep the dental room clean and well-stocked
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Placing Invisalign attachments, taking impressions
- knowledge & experience assisting with full-mouth restorative, implants, and complex treatment plan.
Qualifications:
- CDA/RDA License Required
- Current CPR certification
Pay: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour
