The University of Saint Francis in Fort Wayne, Indiana invites inquiries, nominations, and applications for the position of TRIO Administrative Assistant. Saint Francis is a Catholic, Franciscan university in the liberal arts tradition. The TRIO Administrative Assistant will report to the Director of TRIO Services and will have responsibility over clerical support in TRIO, ensuring the university’s Catholic identity, Franciscan charism, and commitment to the liberal arts remain at the center of our educational mission and public identity. The TRIO Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting the Director of TRIO Services in advancing the university’s efforts in implementing the new mission statement and strategic plan. The successful candidate will be someone who is welcoming, professional, and personable, with the ability to serve as the first point of contact at the front desk of TRIO. This individual is highly detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy and focus while completing administrative and data-related tasks. The successful candidate will demonstrate a calm, professional demeanor and is able to work effectively in an office environment that interacts with students, faculty, and staff.
