Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program
- Valid state licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
- Certification through the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
- Minimum of one year of recent experience, ideally in a school or pediatric environment
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT)

- Track, document, and observe students’ progress, collaborating with the OT to update intervention strategies as needed
- Partner with teachers, school staff, and parents to advocate for and meet students’ individual needs
- Maintain detailed and compliant records in line with state and district protocols
