We are a busy, well-established automotive repair shop looking for a skilled and dependable Alignment Technician to join our team. We pride ourselves on quality workmanship, honest service, and a strong team environment.
Job Responsibilities
Perform 2-wheel and 4-wheel alignments on passenger cars, light trucks, and SUVs
Inspect steering and suspension components
Diagnose alignment-related issues (pulling, vibration, uneven tire wear, etc.)
Make suspension adjustments and minor repairs as needed
Maintain alignment equipment and keep work area clean
Communicate findings clearly with service advisors and customers
Qualifications
Previous alignment experience preferred (5+ year ideal)
Strong understanding of suspension and steering systems
Ability to operate alignment rack and related equipment
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and stand for extended periods
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
