What This Role Actually Is
This role combines customer service, relationship management, sales, and operational support.
You will be one of the first impressions customers have of our company — both over the phone and in person.
You’ll interact with customers throughout the day by:
- Answering inbound phone calls
- Greeting customers in person
- Scheduling appointments
- Following up on estimates and declined work
- Checking in with customers after repairs
- Responding to texts and emails
- Assisting service advisors with customer communication
- Helping ensure no customer or opportunity falls through the cracks
You’ll also help strengthen customer relationships by:
- Building trust face-to-face
- Creating positive experiences from start to finish
- Helping customers feel informed and cared for
- Identifying missed opportunities for improvement
- Supporting the team in delivering an exceptional experience
This is not a passive front desk role.

Automotive experience is helpful, but not required.
