This position is responsible for management activities, including; establishing department development plans for installation, service, and maintenance. Leading our service team while driving HVAC replacement sales, system upgrades, and customer satisfaction. Also responsible for following and enforcing polices and procedures to ensure the company fulfills its contractual obligations for service repair, installations, and maintenance in accordance with profit objectives and directives. The Manager is the person that coordinates all of the activity between the office and the field.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5-10 years of HVAC service experience, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or management role.
Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Ability to train, mentor, and develop HVAC technicians.
Excellent customer service, communications, and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to manage budgets, monitor KPIs, and drive department profitability.
Proven ability to identify replacement opportunities and recommend HVAC system upgrades to customers.
Experience selling residential HVAC systems, equipment replacements, and service agreements.
Ability to develop accurate system replacement estimates and present solutions to customers.
Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
