This position will reside in the Compliance Management Division of the Miami Dade Water & Sewer Department. The incumbent in this position will be responsible for assessing the accuracy of connection charges to support the Department's water and sewer infrastructure needs, including reviewing current workflows to identify inefficiencies and enhance the effectiveness of the Water and Sewer Department operations within the division's sections.
The incumbent in this position will be responsible for assisting the Management Service section, whose primary goal is to recover uncollected connection charges owed to the Department. This position will be tasked with assisting in interpreting, developing, and enforcing Miami-Dade County's Code of Ordinances related to water and sewer service delivery.
