MATT BURNE HONDA is seeking an EXPERIENCED Service Writer/Advisor.
The ideal candidate will have AT LEAST ONE YEAR OF BONAFIDE SERVICE ADVISOR/WRITER experience along with strong customer service and communication skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment. Prior Service Advisor experience is required.
JOB DUTIES AND SKILLS:
- Greet customers in a timely and professional manner with ability to solicit accurate service information.
- Create clear and accurate repair orders that document customer concerns
- Schedule appointments
- Provide clear and accurate estimates of repairs based on multi-point inspection findings
- Check on progress of repairs throughout the day and keep customers informed and up-to-date on the progress of their vehicles
- Work closely with automobile technicians
- Review repair orders to ensure customers initial concern is corrected and additional automotive work is authorized, noted and completed
- Ability to clearly and concisely explain to customers the work completed and any findings on their multi-point inspections
- Discuss with customers their maintenance schedules and their vehicles upcoming needs
- Alert customers to forthcoming customer service surveys and feedback calls
- Perform follow-up with customers to ensure solid customer satisfaction
- Maintain high CSE scores as set-forth by American Honda Motor Co.
- Manage phone, online and text inquiries as needed
- Manage repair orders to ensure compliance with American Honda Motor Co. factory standards and Matt Burne Honda standards.
- CDK and Xtime experience preferred
- Some Saturday work required
