Pay & Earning Potential
- $10/hr base pay
- Up to $200/week activity bonus
- 5% commission on sales
- 2% bonus for hitting quota
Most new team members earn $40,000–$60,000 in their first full year, with experienced sellers making more.

What You Will Do
- Greet customers in-store and by phone, text, and email
- Help customers choose the right vehicle for their lifestyle
- Log and track customer information in our CRM
- Follow up to build your pipeline
- Work in a fun, high-energy showroom environment
Schedule
40-hour work week, Tuesday–Saturday.
Closed Sundays and Mondays.
