T3PL is looking to for a team member to help us expand! We are a small logistics company offering competitive starting pay, growth/advancement potential, and a laid back working environment in a downtown Lawrence office.
The day to day for this position will look like:
- Prompt email correspondence with shippers/receivers/customers
- Providing quotes for shipment
- Building shipments in a TMS system with attention to detail and providing pertinent documentation to shippers and customers
- Tracking all active LTL shipments and providing ETAs to the necessary parties
- Filing and processing lost or damaged claims
- Schedule is negotiable, could do 8AM-5PM, 9AM-6PM, 9:30AM-6:30PM.
- This position has no weekend work, EVER!
Our main focus is providing top notch service so that we are able to streamline operations for our customers. The ideal candidate will be reliable, detail oriented, & computer savvy (proficient with Gmail, Microsoft Office & Word). No experience in transportation is PREFERRED, we will train the right person. A good attitude, work ethic, and the ability to multi-task will go a long way in this industry.
