About the Role
Engagify is looking for a Brand Promotions Associate to join our growing team in Charlotte. This full-time, entry-level position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, communicating face-to-face, and representing brands at live promotional events.
As a Brand Promotions Associate, you'll help support promotional campaigns by engaging with customers, sharing information about products and services, and creating positive brand experiences. No prior experience is required—our team provides paid training and ongoing coaching to help you build your skills.
What You'll Do
- Represent client brands at promotional events and community campaigns
- Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Communicate key product, service, and campaign information
- Answer customer questions and provide accurate information
- Assist with event setup, presentation, and daily operations
- Record customer interactions and campaign results as needed
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve campaign objectives
- Participate in ongoing training and development sessions
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working in customer-facing environments
- Reliable, organized, and professional
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
Preferred Experience
Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, promotions, or events is helpful but not required.

Work Location
