Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. We ae looking of a bilingual candidate English-Spanish The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring that all areas meet our high standards of hygiene and presentation. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning tasks and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Benefits apply only to FULL TIME EMPLOYEES.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Maintain cleanliness in both commercial and residential settings, adhering to specific cleaning protocols.
- Handle floor care tasks such as buffing, stripping, and waxing as needed.
- Assist with custodial duties, including waste disposal and restroom maintenance.
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices and equipment is a plus.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques, including buffing and maintenance.
- Experience in residential painting or industrial cleaning is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
