About Dapper Lighting
Dapper Lighting is a small automotive lighting company based in Las Vegas. We design, build, sell, and support custom lighting products for classic cars, trucks, and specialty vehicles.
We are a small team, so this is a hands-on flex role. The right person must be comfortable switching between customer support, packing/shipping, order fulfillment, and general operations support depending on what the business needs that day.
Position Overview
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Customer Support & Fulfillment Specialist to help support our customers and daily operations.
This role is part customer service, part shipping/fulfillment, and part general shop support. You may spend part of the day answering emails and phone calls, then move into packing orders, helping with inventory, preparing products for shipment, or assisting the production team.
This is a good fit for someone who enjoys variety, is willing to learn, and wants to grow with a small company.
ResponsibilitiesCustomer Support
- Respond to customer emails, phone calls, live chat, Facebook messages, and Instagram messages.
- Help customers with order status, product questions, shipping updates, returns, exchanges, and basic troubleshooting.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
- Learn our products well enough to answer common questions and route technical issues to the right person.
- Help support customers at shows and events when needed.
Packing, Shipping & Fulfillment
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately.
- Print labels and process shipments.
- Help organize orders, parts, inventory, and shipping supplies.
- Inspect products before shipment for obvious issues.
- Assist with returns, exchanges, and damaged shipment claims.
- Keep the shipping and packing area clean, organized, and moving efficiently.
General Operations Support
- Assist with light production tasks when needed.
- Help with labeling, kitting, cleaning, counting parts, final packaging, and other basic shop tasks.
- Cross-train in multiple areas of the business to better understand the products and customer experience.
- Help improve organization, workflow, and communication across the team.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of customer service, shipping, warehouse, automotive, or small business experience preferred.
- Basic vehicle or automotive knowledge required.
- Comfortable using a computer, email, order systems, and basic business software.
- Able to communicate clearly with customers and coworkers.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Reliable attendance and good work ethic.
- Comfortable switching between different types of work throughout the day.
- Able to lift up to 40–50 lbs.
- Must be comfortable working in person at our Las Vegas facility.
