We're looking for an experienced Customs Brokerage Manager to serve as the #2 leader supporting our National Brokerage Manager. This is a hands-on, player-coach role where you'll lead a team of three Entry Writers while maintaining your own customs entry workload and driving operational excellence.

Manage daily customs brokerage operations and customs entries.

Lead, coach, and develop a team of 3 Entry Writers.

Ensure compliance with U.S. Customs regulations and company standards.

Support the National Brokerage Manager with process improvements, projects, and strategic initiatives.

Partner with customers and internal teams to ensure efficient shipment processing.

Licensed Customs Broker (required)

CargoWise experience (required)

Previous people management experience

7+ years of customs brokerage/entry writing experience.

Strong knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations and import compliance.
