Available Shifts
We have multiple openings across all shifts:
- Full-Time Morning Shift: 5:00 AM – 12:00 PM (5 days/week)
- Part-Time Morning Shift: 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM (3 days/week)
- Full-Time Evening Shift: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM (5 days/week)
Additional shifts may be available and will be discussed during the interview.
Pay & Benefits
- Starting pay: $15.00/hour
- Increase to $16.00/hour after 90 days (based on performance)
- Performance-based raises after probationary period
- Consistent hours: 24–40 hours per week

Responsibilities
- Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or rule violations
- Maintain a strong security presence
- De-escalate conflicts and handle incidents professionally
- Enforce company policies and site procedures
- Write basic incident reports as needed
Qualifications
- NC Guard Card preferred (priority interviewing)
- Must be able to obtain a Guard Card (assistance provided)
- Strong communication and observation skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
