Ideal candidates will possess the following skills and qualifications:
- ASE certification in Diesel Engines: A certification from the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) in Diesel Engines or related fields is highly valued.
- Diesel truck experience: A minimum of 2-5 years of hands-on experience with diesel engines, specifically Ford F550 or similar models, is preferred.
- Electrical systems expertise: A thorough understanding of diesel electrical systems, including wiring, sensors, and controllers, is essential.
- Powerstroke engine knowledge: Familiarity with Powerstroke engine internals, common issues, and repair techniques is required.
- Preventive maintenance skills: The ability to perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, break pad changes, and system checks, is necessary.
Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
