The Role
This is a dual-function position blending front desk responsibilities with optometric tech duties. You'll be the face of our practice — greeting patients, managing scheduling and records, and supporting our doctor through pre-testing, preliminary exams, and clinical workflows. No two days look exactly the same, and we like it that way.
What We're Looking For
- Prior experience in an optometry (required)
- Comfort with EHR systems (Eye Cloud Pro is a bonus) and clinical technology
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A warm, calm, patient-first demeanor — because our patients expect more than a chain experience, and so do we
