Responsibilities
- Reports directly to the Lead Clinician and collaborates closely with the clinical team.
- Perform daily opening and closing procedures, including preparing equipment and maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment (cleaning and upkeep are a small but important portion of the role, ~10%).
- Conduct patient diagnostics and assist in gathering accurate intake history and examination details for the lead clinician.
- Upload and document diagnostics, patient history, and treatment notes in the EHR system.
- Provide hands-on patient care, including independently guiding patients through therapies and exercises as appropriate—not just assisting, but actively working with patients one-on-one at times.
- Work with a diverse patient population, ranging from young children to elderly adults, and across a wide range of conditions—from mild complaints to complex and severe neurological cases.
- Transition efficiently between patients throughout the day, adapting to different conditions and treatment plans in a fast-paced, physically active environment.
- Ensure treatment and common areas remain calm, welcoming, and professional for all patients and visitors.
- Uphold the positive reputation of the practice by treating every patient and visitor with kindness, empathy, and compassion, especially those experiencing significant health challenges.
- Follow all office policies, procedures, and clinical protocols.

- Thrives in a team-based, collaborative environment and communicates effectively with clinicians and staff.
- Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
- Previous experience in a medical clinic, therapy clinic, or healthcare setting preferred.
Education and Experience
- Associate’s degree or job-related vocational training preferred but not required.
