Motel 6 in Charleston, SC is seeking an experienced, hands-on General Manager to lead our hotel and deliver exceptional guest experiences. If you're a motivated hospitality professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for driving results, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance.
- Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing team.
- Deliver outstanding guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
- Drive revenue through active sales prospecting, pricing, and operational excellence.
- Manage budgets, expenses, and hotel performance.
- Ensure compliance with all brand standards, safety, and security procedures.
Qualifications:
- Previous hotel or retail management experience required.
- G6 (Motel 6/Studio 6) brand experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Experience with hotel PMS systems, budgeting, and revenue management.
- Valid Drive License & Reliable Transportation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
- Available to work weekends and nights
Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
