Job Description
Responsibilities Include:
- Cold calling to new business and/or consumer prospects needing IT Services and Solutions
- Email, web, social media campaigns to new business and/or consumer prospects
- Preparing marketing and sales strategies alongside our marketing and sales managers
- Assisting in the daily growth and development of our company
- Assisting with efforts of new business acquisition
- Expertly managing the needs of external customers
- Developing strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
Must have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment
Must have excellent interpersonal skills through different forms of communication and be able to follow up accordingly- Proactive problem prevention and issue resolution leadership ability
- Must carry leadership attributes to form leadership ability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required
- Ability to potentially learn new software systems (SharePoint, Salesforce, Etc.)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required
- Ability to work independent and as part of a team
