Role: Senior Clinician / Clinical Lead (LSW/LAC/LAMFT)
Location: Bridgeton NJ 08302 (in person only)
Compensation: $68,000–$70,000 per year, full‑time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, no weekends What you get

What you’ll do
- Lead and support a small team of clinicians in daily clinical work
- Oversee documentation quality and adherence to licensing/regulatory standards
- Partner with leadership to design and improve services for at‑risk populations
- Balance direct care, supervision, team coaching, and program operations
You’re a strong fit if you
- Hold an active NJ LSW, LAC, or LAMFT (required)
- Have at least 5 years of experience in mental health, with 2+ years in a supervisory / lead role
