Prestigious and growing mid-size insurance defense & civil litigation law firm, with several offices in the metropolitan area, is seeking applicants for employment in it's Nassau County and NYC offices. The applicant should be admitted to practice law in New York with 3+ years of experience handling all phases of civil litigation in the downstate area. Experience in the fields of automobile accidents, premises liability, products liability, property damage, labor law, contracts, municipal liability, commercial litigation and appeals is preferred. List of Duties:
- The applicant should have experience handling depositions.
- Court appearances, mediations, motion practice, research assignments and drafting evaluation reports.
- The applicant must also have exceptional work ethic, time management skills, strong writing skills, be eager to learn, well organized, proactive and detail oriented. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to excel and advance within the firm.
