Stark Solutions is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer. You'll spend much of your time on the production floor observing operations, conducting time studies, and partnering with production teams to improve efficiency and support with accurate data.
Responsibilities
- Conduct time studies to establish and maintain labor standards.
- Observe manufacturing processes and validate setup and cycle times.
- Update routings, labor standards, and manufacturing data in the ERP system.
- Compare estimated vs. actual production times and recommend improvements.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and streamline workflows.
- Support production planning with accurate manufacturing data.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing operation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience in manufacturing, production planning, or process engineering.
- Knowledge of time studies, labor standards, and process improvement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Excel and ERP systems.
- Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships across departments.
