Forever Beauty Spa, a growing medical spa in West Jordan, Utah, is looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Medical Provider — MD, DO, or Nurse Practitioner — to join our team and lead the medical side of our wellness services.
About Us
We serve a vibrant, largely bilingual community in the Salt Lake Valley. You'll work alongside an established, friendly team of registered nurses and licensed master estheticians, with modern practice and charting systems that let you focus on patients.
About the Role
You'll provide patient care within our medical wellness and aesthetic services — including medical weight management and IV therapy — with room to grow new programs together over time. We are flexible on schedule: part-time or full-time, and we'll build the calendar around your availability.
What You'll Do
- Evaluate patients and provide ongoing care within our medical wellness programs
- Support and collaborate with our clinical team
- Keep clear, timely documentation in our EMR
- Care for patients in English and Spanish
What We're Looking For
- Active Utah license (MD/DO or APRN/Nurse Practitioner) in good standing (license verification with Utah DOPL is a standard step in our process)
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Experience or interest in medical weight management, IV therapy, or cosmetic injectables (Botox, fillers) is a plus — we'll onboard you on our protocols

Competitive compensation, discussed at interview (production-based structure available).
