We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced HVAC Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a wide range of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and mechanical systems. Your expertise will ensure optimal performance of HVAC systems across various properties, delivering exceptional service to clients and maintaining the highest standards of safety and efficiency. Duties
- Install, service, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units, refrigeration equipment, and building automation systems.
- Perform electrical diagnostics and troubleshoot electrical systems within HVAC units using tools such as ohmmeters.
- Conduct routine maintenance on mechanical systems to ensure peak operation and longevity.
- Repair plumbing components associated with HVAC equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Troubleshoot complex equipment failures through mechanical knowledge and hands-on problem-solving skills.
- Maintain detailed records of service activities, repairs performed, parts used, and system performance data for each client site.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in HVAC.
- Service technician experience with a strong background in HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning / Refrigeration) systems.
- Ability to read schematics and technical drawings accurately; familiarity with HVAC design principles is a plus.
- Mechanical knowledge of HVAC systems.
- Proficiency with hand tools, electrical diagnostic equipment, and mechanical systems repair tools.
- Experience working with building automation systems (BAS) and electrical systems related to HVAC control.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to operate a driver vehicle as needed.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients.
- Mechanical or mechanic experience preferred; familiarity with property maintenance tasks is beneficial.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.31 per hour
