Stretch-n-Grow is the world’s largest fitness and nutrition program for kids and specializes in dance. We are looking for enthusiastic, and passionate instructors to join our Dancing Stars team and Fitness Stars team! We are looking for people who enjoy/are confident in working with groups of toddlers and children. Must have a positive and energetic attitude, as well as a willingness to teach. Our dance classes focus on creative movement and ballet techniques, as well as fun movement games. Our Fitness Stars program focuses on motor skill development through story based movement. Our area covers the Hattiesburg and Laurel Areas. Please note that our program only operates in the morning hours at schools Monday-Thursday and Fridays as make up days. The nature of the job only allows for a certain amount of time to teach each week. Travel from school to school and any long distance travel is included. This is great for people looking for very part time hours in the morning only. Dance background is not required, but a plus.
We provide training, apparel, lesson plans, music, equipment and constant support. Job Details and requirements:
- Must commit to permanent part time teaching for the Fall/Spring semester starting soon for training around your schedule. Preferred to start immediately for training and rotating schools to learn the programs. Start as soon as possible and be willing to stay on during the summer semester or longer.
- Commit to 2+ hours of teaching a week starting at $15 per hour and increasing with commitment. Be flexible knowing this position is very part time for hours in the mornings only.
- Really must be able to work Monday-Thursday mornings, but can work on availability as we get to that point if something we need to work around.
- Classes are scheduled Weekdays between 8am-12:30pm. No evenings or weekends required except for recitals/performances twice a year.

- Must pass a background check.
- Dependable transportation is a must due to travel between school. Travel time between schools in provided.
