Maintenance Assistant
Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of patient rooms, common areas, and facilities
Perform various maintenance tasks, including but not limited to, trash removal, dusting, and sweeping
Assist with laundry and linen duties as needed
Help to maintain the overall appearance of our facilities, including painting, repairing, and replacing fixtures and equipment
Perform other maintenance tasks as assigned by supervisors
Demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional patient care and a safe, clean environment
Requirements:
No experience necessary, training will be provided
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods
High school diploma or equivalent required
