Join our dynamic team ( yes we think highly of ourselves) as a Community Association Manager, where you'll lead the management and operation of a 279 unit full service luxury building on Ocean Drive in Hallandale Beach Florida to ensure vibrant, well-maintained, and harmonious living environment for our residents. This role offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your property management expertise, legal knowledge ( yes yes we have an attorney as well), and superior service skills that you tell all your friends you have, to create a fun but professional environment for everyone involved.
As a key leader, you'll oversee daily operations, enforce community policies, and coordinate maintenance efforts—all while delivering exceptional service that enhances residents' quality of life even if that includes telling them they need to get out of the house more.

While we wish we could pay you $$$$$$$$$$ we can pay $$$. I mean the board members needs to get re-elected by the residents you know. That's their way of getting out of the apartment for a few hours. We do offer 2 weeks PTO a year and sick leave to go watch the dolphins play. Heck we'll even pay your cell phone bill. Why get a gym membership when you can work out in ours? What? You don't go to the gym??
Who are we?
We're a band of misfits.....wait we mean "professionals" who happen to live in this building and serve on the board. We've managed the building by ourselves for years, cleaned house and much to the chagrin of the DBPR we've come out unscathed on the other side. We're looking to have a fun, talented individual who wants to work for an independent property long term. We're not into short term relationships unfortunately, even though this is Miami.
There are apprx 8 other staff who love being here, depending on the day you ask them
The building has proudly completed our 50 year re-certification months ago, we're one of the first buildings to have finished our ELSS here (we were the guinea pig for the FD - where was PETA when you needed them) so we've done all the horrible work of getting every door opened dozens of times so you don't have to. We've done our milestone and reserve studies and are compliant with all requirements that Broward and the state have mandated. We ARE in the final stages of upgrading our property ...things like landscaping, pool decor and all those other things that owners actually think IS the work. Behind the scenes, most management systems have been upgraded and are in place. I mean these guys were still collecting HOA by checks when we arrived a few years ago. The horror!

Pay: $81,107.13 - $101,548.38 per year
