Outstanding full-time opportunity with a very well established Property Management Firm to manage a portfolio of condominium and homeowner associations throughout the St. Louis Metro Area.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Oversight of maintenance contracts and contractor performance
· Collaborate and work closely with senior management, office staff, and the Board of Directors of the various condominium associations, maintenance technicians and outside contractors.
· Maintain a relationship with residents by implementing standards for prompt and courteous follow-up. Keep an accurate log of all complaints and incidents. Prepare and distribute newsletters and notices to community residents.
· Assist in formulating and managing the operational budget and capital budget for the property. Track and report on financial performance and implement strategies for enhancing the value of the property.
· Understand various aspects of Building systems.
· Obtain bids from outside contractors for routine maintenance and property improvement projects and monitor performance.
· Enforce Building Policies, Rules and Regulations.
· Regularly tour the property grounds, common areas and amenities for proper oversight of management and maintenance operations. Identify and correct health and safety violations promptly.
· Maintain professional demeanor and attire. Exercise common sense, good judgment and consistency in all business-related matters.
· Available for occasional after-hours work requirements.
Skills:
· Superior skills in people and project management
· Proficient in Microsoft office including Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook.
· Strong working knowledge of social media platforms and web portals
· Friendly demeanor and excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Motivated to improve and elevate the properties
