As a Prep & Line Cook, you’ll help bring our menu to life while keeping our kitchen running smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing ingredients by slicing, chopping, mixing, seasoning, and following recipes accurately
- Cooking menu items through grilling, sautéing, roasting, frying, and broiling
- Verifying quality, taste, and proper doneness of all food items
- Organizing and labeling ingredients so stations stay clean, stocked, and easy to work from
- Plating and presenting dishes with care and consistency
- Following recipes and portion standards to help control food costs and reduce waste
- Maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen while following all health and safety standards
- Using slower periods to stay ahead on prep and cleaning tasks
- Monitoring inventory and communicating restocking needs to the Executive Chef
- Working together with the kitchen team to create a smooth and efficient service
- Maintaining professional appearance, cleanliness, and proper uniform standards
- Helping wherever needed to support the team and guest experience

- Ability to stay on your feet for 8–10 hour shifts in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and occasionally more than 50 pounds
- Comfortable working around heat, cold, noise, water, and cleaning chemicals
- Basic English communication, writing, and math skills
- Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
- Experience is welcome, but not required — we’re happy to train motivated people
- Applicants with 2+ years of kitchen experience are preferred
