Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and swiftly
- Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Handle cash transactions with accuracy, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Upsell menu items to enhance sales and promote special offers or new products
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and adhering to food safety protocols
- Assist in food handling, packaging, and serving to ensure quick service delivery in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food preparation or food service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Experience working in quick service or fast food restaurants is advantageous but not mandatory
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
