PTO o 05 yrs eligible to accrue up to 3.08 vacation hours in each 2 week pay period. Max accrual is 120 hours.

After 5 years- Eligible to accrue up to 4.62 vacation hours in each 2 week pay period. Max accrual is 160 hours. oAfter 10 years- Eligible to accrue up to 6.15 hours of cation in each 2 week pay period. Max accrual is 200 hours.

Managing proper inventory and staffing levels.

Ensuring all Company food and operational safety policies are followed by all team members.

Successfully and consistently utilizes company tools, resources, programs and systems

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

Basic math skills needed to calculate budgets, payroll, balance till and complete banking duties.

Able to drive and hold a valid state driver’s license.

Proven previous management or supervisory experience.

Ability to pass drug screening and background check

Capable of projecting sales, evaluate budgets and analyze profit statements.

Ability to obtain and maintain an alcohol and food service permit.
