Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and outgoing Marketing Assistant to support promotional events and customer engagement campaigns for leading telecommunications companies. This is a full-time, in-person role ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, representing brands, and helping customers learn about products and services.
The Marketing Assistant will assist with event setup, customer interaction, brand promotion, lead generation, and daily campaign support. No prior telecom experience is required, as training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent telecom clients professionally at in-person promotional events.
- Engage with potential customers and explain available products, services, and promotions.
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and daily campaign preparation.
- Provide excellent customer service and answer basic questions about services.
- Support the sales and marketing team with customer outreach and lead generation.
- Maintain a positive, professional, and energetic attitude during events.
- Track customer interest and report event results to management.
- Follow company guidelines, brand standards, and event procedures.
- Work closely with team members to meet daily and weekly campaign goals.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and people skills.

- Comfortable working in a face-to-face customer environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Ability to work full-time and attend in-person events.
- Customer service, retail, sales, hospitality, or marketing experience is a plus.
