Position Details
- Locations: Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa, Tempe, and Ahwatukee — assignments matched within 20 minutes of your preferred area
- Hours: 4–6 hours per week | Availability needed Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–1:00 PM
- Compensation: $20–$28/hr (contract position) + performance bonuses
What We're Looking For
- Experience working with students who have IEPs, 504 Plans, or diagnosed learning differences (e.g., dyslexia, ADHD, autism spectrum, processing disorders)
- Background in special education or a related field preferred
- Comfort implementing accommodations and modifications, and adapting instruction to individual learning profiles
- Currently enrolled in college or hold a college degree (Special Education degree or coursework a plus)
- Strong communicator who can collaborate with parents and, when needed, school teams
- Reliable transportation to travel to students' homes
- Patient, adaptable, and genuinely passionate about student success
- Specialized certifications (Special Education, ABA) are a plus, but not required
