We are hiring experienced Field Sales Representatives for door-to-door appointment setting in the impact windows and doors industry.
This is a performance-driven, field-based role. You will be working residential neighborhoods, speaking directly with homeowners, and setting qualified appointments for our in-home sales team.
This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for reps who already understand door-to-door sales, can handle rejection, and can maintain consistent activity without supervision.
What This Role Requires
- Daily door-to-door canvassing (no exceptions)
- Ability to generate real conversations, not just knock doors
- Strong control of conversations and ability to move toward an appointment
- Consistent activity and self-management in the field
This Role Is NOT For You If
- You are uncomfortable approaching strangers
- You need constant supervision or motivation
- You are looking for hourly-only work without performance expectations
- You have never done door-to-door or high-volume outbound sales

- Strong communication and confidence at the door

- Reliable transportation and ability to work assigned areas
