Cove Forge is currently hiring a Full-Time Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) with experience in the Substance Use Disorders field. As part of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in diagnosing, supporting, and treating individuals receiving care in our Medical and Detox programs.
We are seeking a compassionate, team-oriented professional who is passionate about behavioral health and dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of those recovering from mental health and substance use challenges.

Requirements
- Completion of an accredited Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) program required.
- Clinical experience working with individuals experiencing substance use
- Demonstrated knowledge of diagnosing conditions, prescribing medications, therapeutic treatment interventions, and patient care practices.
Primary Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat acute, episodic, and chronic illnesses independently or as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Assess the detoxification and physical needs of patients and develop treatment plans to meet their individual needs.
- Document clinical observations, evaluations, and treatments according to facility guidelines and regulatory standards.
- Promote health and disease prevention through patient education and wellness initiatives.
- Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests, including laboratory work and health screenings.
- Demonstrate a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward patients, families, and team members.
- Address patient concerns effectively and contribute to a safe, supportive treatment environment.
- Maintain a strong commitment to patient safety and quality care.
