About MicroBeauté
MicroBeauté is a women-owned and operated boutique 3PL specializing in beauty, fragrance, and wellness brands. We provide fulfillment, wholesale order processing, filling, assembly, and logistics support for growing indie brands.
As a small team, every person plays an important role in our success. We're looking for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership of their work, and is willing to jump in wherever needed.
About the Role
This is not a position where you'll perform the same task every day.
One day you may be preparing wholesale orders for a boutique retailer, another day assisting with inventory counts, filling fragrance products, assembling gift sets, or helping improve warehouse organization.
We are looking for someone who can become a key part of our operations team and take responsibility for ensuring orders move through the warehouse accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Process and prepare wholesale and boutique orders for shipment
- Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and on time
- Maintain and restock warehouse inventory locations and packing supplies
- Perform basic inventory counts and inventory organization
- Communicate professionally with clients via email as needed
- Monitor order status and proactively communicate issues, delays, or inventory shortages to team members
- Assist with fragrance filling, assembly, labeling, and kitting projects
- Support general warehouse operations and organization
- Help identify process improvements and opportunities to increase efficiency

- Physically able to lift and move boxes (30+ lbs)
- Positive attitude and willingness to support the team wherever needed
Bonus Qualifications
- Previous 3PL, fulfillment, warehouse, or logistics experience
- Experience using ShipStation, Shopify, inventory management software, or similar systems
- Experience processing wholesale or retail orders
