We're a residential and commercial painting company that's growing quickly! We run a tight operation — strong systems, real lead flow, and a culture built on ownership and accountability. We're adding sales rep to grow with us.
The Role
Full- Cycle Sales Role. Consultative, in-home/commercial sales. You'll run estimates, build relationships with homeowners, and close projects using our proven sales process. This role rewards hunters — we provide a steady lead flow, but top earners build their own pipeline on top of it
What You Get
- $70,000–$110,000 realistic first year range
- $6,500 average deal size | 35% close rate expected
- $500/week paid training

What We're Looking For
- 2-3+ years of legitimate sales experience
- Proven B2C sales experience home services, pest control, solar, physical security, or HVAC backgrounds translate well
- Experience self generating leads
- A consultative closing style
- Strong ownership mentality and a positive attitude
