Overview
We're looking for a driven, road-ready Outside Sales Representative to expand our footprint in the supermarket channel. This is a true hunter role — you'll be in your car and in stores every day, walking into supermarkets across your territory, introducing yourself to owners and buyers, and winning shelf space for our growing catalog of 600+ SKUs.

Duties
- Drive a daily route visiting supermarkets — independent grocers, regional chains, and specialty markets — building face-to-face relationships with owners and buyers.
- Learn and confidently present a 600+ SKU catalog spanning juices, snacks, biscuits, and specialty items, matching the right products to each store's customer base.
- Prospect new store accounts through in-person cold visits, networking, and referrals — you won't wait for leads to come to you.
- Pitch new item placements and negotiate shelf space, pricing, and order volume directly with decision-makers on-site.
- Maintain and grow existing store relationships through regular in-person visits, not just check-ins.
- Log visits, orders, and account activity in CRM software to keep your territory organized and your pipeline visible.
- Resolve store-level issues (delivery, pricing, product questions) quickly to protect the relationship and the account.
Skills & Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, direct store delivery (DSD), broker sales, or territory-based B2B sales — grocery/supermarket channel experience strongly preferred.
- High tolerance for daily in-person, often unscheduled, store visits — this is a driving-and-walking-in-doors job, not a desk job.
- Demonstrated ability to learn a large, complex product catalog quickly and speak to it confidently without relying on notes.
- Strong closing and negotiation skills — comfortable asking for the order and handling pushback in person.
- Self-motivated with the discipline to manage your own daily route and pipeline without close supervision.
- Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, Pepperi, or similar) for tracking accounts and activity.
- Bilingual (English plus Chinese, Vietnamese, or Tagalog) strongly preferred, given our core customer base.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
