ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2019 and currently lead a team of three. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I was an aspirant team member preparing for agency ownership. Prior to insurance, I owned and operated a veterinary hospital for 14 years, building it from the ground up, and also ran a consulting firm focused on helping small businesses grow and succeed.
I’m married and a proud father of four, and family is extremely important to me. My wife is a psychiatric nurse practitioner, so mental health and maintaining balance are values we take seriously both personally and professionally. I stay very active in the local community through involvement with the Chamber of Commerce and enjoy building strong relationships within the area we serve.
Our office is located in a beautiful 100-year-old home in a historic town, which gives the agency a unique and welcoming atmosphere. As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Anthony Pelfrey - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
