Duties
- Welcome and assist guests during late-night arrivals and early departures with professionalism and warmth
- Balance and reconcile guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing and payments
- Handle all front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and reservation modifications using multi-line phone systems
- Monitor security cameras, conduct safety checks around the property, and respond promptly to any incidents or emergencies
- Prepare detailed shift reports, audit logs, and incident documentation to maintain operational transparency
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining positive guest relations
- Maintain phone etiquette standards while managing multiple communication channels in a multilingual environment
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, particularly in night audit or front desk roles
- Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and problem resolution
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail
- Familiarity with resort environments or large hotel properties is a plus
- Exceptional communication skills with a professional phone etiquette approach
