Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Head Football Coach to develop our student-athletes’ skills, promote sportsmanship, and cultivate a positive team environment. The ideal candidate will provide overall leadership, management, and direction for the entire high school football program. This role focuses on developing student-athletes both on and off the field by fostering a culture of discipline, academic excellence, and sportsmanship with the Waukesha North community.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct practices and training sessions
- Develop individualized coaching plans to enhance athlete performance
- Teach and reinforce proper football techniques, rules, and safety protocols
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and energetic team culture
- Motivate athletes to achieve their personal and team goals
- Monitor athlete progress and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with school staff, parents, and athletic department
- Ensure compliance with school district, WIAA, and Parkland Conference policies
