Job Description
We are a growing wood furniture manufacturing company looking for a dependable General Laborer to support daily production operations. This role is hands-on and essential to keeping our shop running smoothly. Responsibilities
- Assist with furniture production, assembly, sanding, and finishing prep
- Load, unload, and move raw materials and finished products
- Operate basic shop tools and equipment (training provided)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Support machine operators and skilled craftsmen as needed
- Perform quality checks and report defects or issues
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications
- No prior experience required (manufacturing or woodworking experience is a plus)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely
Preferred (but not required)
- Experience in a wood shop, furniture factory, or construction environment
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, or industrial equipment

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
