Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of the entertainment center, including event setup, guest flow, and safety protocols
- Lead and motivate a team of staff members, including shift management and supervising personnel to deliver outstanding customer service
- Coordinate and manage nightclub events, ensuring smooth execution from planning to completion
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels
- Oversee cash handling procedures, including register operations and financial reporting
- Write detailed shift reports and incident logs to document activities and address any concerns or incidents
- Manage staff schedules, assign duties, and ensure proper coverage during peak hours and special events
Skills
- Proven experience in entertainment venue management with strong leadership capabilities
- Extensive background in events management within hospitality or resort settings
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Strong report writing skills for shift documentation, incident reports, and operational summaries
- Effective management of shift operations, including customer service excellence and safety compliance
- Experience in guest services with a focus on creating memorable experiences for diverse audiences
- Competence in cash handling procedures and familiarity with restaurant or hospitality environments
- Previous assistant manager or supervisory experience in a similar setting is highly desirable
- Perferct writting and speaking English skills
Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
