Sandcastle Cleaning LLC is a new cleaning company in San Diego, and we're hiring cleaners. We're looking for cleaners who are reliable, honest, and detail-oriented who wants a long-term position. This role starts part-time, with real potential to grow into full-time as we take on more property management clients.
Duties
- Perform detailed residential cleaning for apartments, homes, and vacation rentals.
- Complete move-out, move-in, and tenant turnover cleanings.
- Refill supplies and report low inventory.
- Report maintenance issues or property damage to management.
- Follow cleaning checklists and company standards.
- Ensure each property is guest or tenant ready before leaving.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude with clients and team members.
Skills
- Previous cleaning experience
- Reliable transportation to travel between job sites.
- Valid driver's license.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Able to lift up to 40 pounds.
- Comfortable standing, bending, kneeling, and working independently.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy.
- Good communication skills.
- Smartphone for scheduling and communication.
